  Why do they act so proud of stealing? Do they not realize that any backgr0und check will turn up their videos of how proudly they stole from their employers? Good luck finding new jobs after publicly admitting that you're an untrustworthy thief.

  I used to work at a impound lot/gas station/auto repair shop the guy that I worked for was shady as hell and yes I have let people come get their cars out of impound for reduced price or practically nothing because I knew he had stolen parts. So I understand what she did completely, I even went to court and lied for this guy

  You can't justify or make excuses for stealing. Being proud  and thinking it's funny to steal. The mentality of some people. I mean no one is perfect. I have stolen. I'm not proud, not trying to justify it,  i don't think it's funny,  and there is no excuses for it. I was wrong and these people are too. What is this world coming too.

  So I work for a really popular chain restaurant who’s name I won’t mention but I will say there was a song made about being “fancy” like them. 😂 we have had managers quit or get fired than faster than we could remember their names. Well we had a cook get promoted to KM. Super proud of her. She would take food as a cook and it only got worse with the promotion i guess because she thought she knew how to mess with the inventory counts to get away with it. After a while she got so comfortable doing it since she hadn’t been “caught” so she got dumber and took more & more. Problem was that everyone knew it was her including the other managers but 1 manager was sleeping with a cook, the other was only a key holder that the KM said had no real power, the GM was once again new & didn’t want to start off by losing a manager that knew the employees, store & guests well from years of working there. However it finally got to the point where she was stealing so much that inventory was fucked beyond words. She had the audacity to still sit there trying to lecture us about food cost being so bad and blah blah blah. After months of bullshit we ended up with new cameras to watch FOH & BOH. EVERYONE KNEW THEY WERE INSTALLED AND RECORDING 24-7. She knew she was being watched and still thought she could outsmart them. Now since there’s way too much more that kept happening I’m going to jump ahead to her final night of fuckery. We had just got another new manager that was to be our new KM and she was moved to FOH. Real straight forward, no bullshit, religious all about the job type of guy & they instantly did not get along. She was having trouble getting away with her free groceries & he put an end to all her IOUs in the safe for “gas money to get to work”. Another time leap forward… she was the closing manager one night and decided to do a freezer pull really late near the end of the shift. At some point she walked out of the cooler carrying boxes to the back dock to break down and put in the recycling dumpster. Only that not all those boxes were empty. What she wasn’t prepared for was the newer manager did inventory before her shift at some point then when he came in the next morning he immediately did it again and realized a case of beef for burgers was gone. He went straight to the office to watch the videos of her shift and it didn’t take him long to find what he was looking for. He informed the GM, our DM and made sure to keep the video cued up to the exact moment she was on the back camera walking the meat out the door. They got the evidence, then the green light to terminate her. Over a decade of working for a company and even being promoted and all just to lose your job over some burgers. Why risk losing what took so long to achieve because you wanted free burgers?!!!🤷🏽‍♀️ what she didn’t also realize was that a few ppl that worked night shift had been telling the other managers about her giving away free alcohol to her husband & friends, they told about the many times she would trade free food for dru*s & even her doing some at work. She was already being watched & they let her do it all for a few weeks just so they could gather as much video evidence as possible so she couldn’t deny anything. They literally pulled up receipts from the bar to match it up to discounts & comps matched to her manager number on her shifts then they saved every corresponding video clip of each transaction to show her how accurate their info was. After all that she still tried saying she was set up to get fired and it was all lies, they made shit up to get her in trouble & blamed everyone & everything else instead of herself. Crazy shit is after a few weeks someone said she had started working in a deli for a supermarket. I thought it was crazy that she was fired for stealing meat then went straight to working in another meat department, but word is she was fired from there soon after. She’s in her late 40s I think but still acting like a dumb ass kid. It’s a damn shame.

  Stealing is stealing.... What don't you idiots get. I think they got it easy because as far as I'm concerned the punishment for stealing should be removal of a hand.😂
