  Alexander has strong opinions. I love that he's so confident in his assessment yet he says he will go and try the soy chicken in Singapore again because it's about celebrating food. Excellent collab and amazing work from the chefs

  The most impressive about this episode is the fact that you are able recreate all these dishes. That must&apos;ve been a lot of research and trial and error. And not even half-heartedly but in a way Alexander even enjoys them, which is a hard task for any chef in the best of circumstances.<br>Extremely impressive and great to watch. One imperfection though, which will be noticed by regular viewers of Alexander. Alexander is like a delicate plant, you need to water him regularly with paired wines. Otherwise he will wither away quickly.

  Although a great goalkeeper, i thought Peter Schmeichel was a little harsh on some of the dishes 😂😂😂
