  I used to work for chipotle, you go through portion training and are only supposed to put a very specific amount, and then less and less for the free shit and only one more scoop for the meat. You will get in trouble if you are heavy handed, I know because I would be that one to give people extra unless we were almost out of something. They would literally have me scoop into a bowl on a kitchen scale over and over until I got the right number consistently. You&apos;d get pulled into the back line if you continued, where the manager would be able to watch you and yes the backline gives less for every order. I&apos;m also sick of those managers not sticking up for their employees and kicking those customers out. If you have a problem with the portions, call out the general managers and the store owner. It has never and will never be up to the employees, we already get harassed DAILY and it is absolutely not within our power to change unless you break the rules as often as possible. I&apos;m so glad I quit right before this trend because I cursed a customer out for less, fuck you if you ever did this. Treat those employees with respect, how you would want to be treated. That was the job that truly made me jaded, the customer is never right. We are providing you a service you cannot get without us and you should be kicked out if you act like this or even half this bad.

  I get so much second hand embarrassment from people doing dumb stuff to costumer service workers. Like they’re just trying to get through the day man wtf
