The owner and the receptionist are both very arrogant and condescending

If the receptionist knows so much, why doesn’t she do the nails? She needs to stay in her lane!

I don’t understand why the receptionist is so rude, like wdym “the staffs are idiots” when she doesn’t do her work properly in the first place

So basically the original owner wanted a free makeover to sell the business. How embarrassing to be exposed on national television. Her staff wasn’t incompetent, she was. She hired staff lacking experience to save money.

The owner just wanted to sell and get more money after a makeover she didn't pay for.

That’s crazy, she let them go on a show that paid to renovate then took advantage of that and sold it weeks later!? Meow is a selfish POS

So she hired a staff with 0 experience because she wasn’t willing to pay for anything more, but then also refused to provide training. What did she expect?

the staff aren't idiots, they just need the confidence to believe they can do better. I feel sometimes this tough love stuff just damages their self esteem and puts them back, they need to be encouraged and built up with a nice and compassionate tone.

She used Tabitha to get a new renovated place. She knew she was gonna sell from the jump. Gonna get hers!!

And the owner is lying all the way through. She was working on a secret deal to sell the place all the time.

I not sure how Meow was in HR with the way she treated the staff.
