  Harder than a 9-5 job is such a blanket statement, you realize there are doctors and engineers and a million other massively talented people, people who actually provide for the world. Other people actually provide the infrastructure that you need to survive and people die everyday doing these jobs. I’m not speaking down on your experience, but putting yourself above 99% of people and generalizing how those people are is disingenuous. I do get your point, a lot of young directionless people are going to try and fail and waste years of their life on this. Grinding through a career isn’t just a 9-5, but not knowing the difference is what’s ruining my generation.

  You gotta have a certain personality with this content game too. I’ve realized that society including internet culture and digital entertainment REWARDS hyper extroverted creators over quiet laid back, introverted ones. The loud, outgoing, and charismatic people succeed the most and that’s a hard pill to swallow for a lot of people.

  Being an entrepreneur is a calling, not something you can wake up and decide to start, on a random day. I don’t mean most can’t, what I mean is that a lot people today think content creation and entrepreneurial projects are trends or work styles, so far from the truth. You must be very creative and remain professional while being authentic at the same time, tough dance to keep up with. I know that very well after 47 years of entrepreneurship, and today I’m permanently disabled from burning out, and losing it all at 56, and I mean everything, from love to home and my spine. <br>After 7 years of isolation, 5 spinal surgeries, I’m finally coming back because my business mind won’t leave me alone, that’s the call. I’m sharing this because being in business requires more heart and soul than most realize. Also, we live in a cruel world where trollers tend to forget there’s a human, behind every video, who is constantly working, to achieve a decent life style. We must be strong enough to keep going, and not let those road blocks interfere with our plan to succeed. Personality also plays a huge role in content creation because wanting it isn’t enough, you have to understand the W5 of it all. I felt like sharing because I believe YouTube is cleaning house to make space for real creators hence the increase from 4k to 8k. My 2 cents :) ❤ Enjoyed your clip.

  Every word of this is true 👍. &nbsp;I&apos;m 8 weeks into uploading and it&apos;s like having another job. &nbsp;I absolutely love it, and the creative side of it has been really rewarding....but it&apos;s definitely a marathon and not a sprint. I&apos;m older so came into it with few expectations but I can see it&apos;s a big hill to climb
