I know this is an old episode. Loved the chat about dealers and not taking customers seriously. A garage I worked for had this issue and the garage got taken over. The new DP for the prestige side walked into the dealership before he took over. He went in one day in shorts and a beach shirt and got ignored. He came back a week later and saw the same sales person but wore this time he wore business attire. Was treated completely different. It’s so sad these dealership treat customers like this.

It's interesting to see how 2 brothers from the same family can be so different: Tom is really more understated and with an elegant attitude while Carl likes tacky things and has a little bit of too much over-confident attitude. Genes sometimes take strange turns.
