  How dare he say &quot;people living in poverty are not experienced in navigating the real world.&quot; It is him and congress people that can&apos;t navigate the real world when they can&apos;t balance a budget, have debt that exceeds their income, start fights with their neighbors etc.

  There have been times in my life where I walked into the grocery store knowing I had $40 to make it through the week. &nbsp;You become very good at doing that mental math before you get to the register.
