That is not a slum in the western use of that term, It is low income crowded but clean and it looks safe. A fascinating look a China today.

Unlike other " slums" of the world, this particular one is kept very clean which indicates that the people have a sense of self-respect and worth.

Compared to the Indian slums these look like luxury apartments, so clean and orderly, and having a large population similar to India.

Compared to some parts of western cities where the low income earners live, these places are cleaner, seem safe and cheaper too. Thank you for sharing.
