  My mother&apos;s last words after a decades of painful illnesses were during one of the many resuscitations where her heart would stop and CPR would resume and it would come back. She would duck in and out of consciousness. The time before she fell asleep for good she sat up on that hospital bed and yelled at the doctor &quot;what are you doing? Let me go home!&quot; She was a converted Christian and our family attended &nbsp;church my whole life. I wouldn&apos;t go on to be regenerated for another 8 years after this. I thought at the time she was wanting to be discharged from the hospital. Looking back I know now exactly what home really meant to her.

  In my almost 40 years of being a Christian I probably have learned more from this man about Christ than I have from anyone else.

  His application at the end was the greatest blessing to me. I&apos;ve always appreciated how RC was honest about his shortcomings and sin. He never presented himself as one who had &quot;arrived&quot;.

  It&apos;s so amazing that at that moment RC reminisces his father&apos;s last words. That one day his last words would be exactly the same. Rest in peace RC.

  This message hit me emotionally since R.C. Sproul went home not long ago to be with Christ...and his dad.

  My last words to my dad were I love you. God gave me that gift and it was so precious. My brother took him out for snacks and he came home and dropped him off, he died in his chair peacefully happy with his snacks. Oh how I miss him so much. I am very sick right now and may go anyday, I will be so glad die and be with Jesus and my mom and dad again.. oh how wonderful that will be.

  This was incredible..in addition to everything else, RC was a great storyteller and hilarious too. We are so blessed to live in a time where his teachings are streamed 24/7 🙏
