Everyone struggles at some point, in different ways and to different degrees.<br><br>But what isn't okay is keeping everything bottled up inside. Talk to someone. A friend, a family member, someone you trust, a professional, or even a complete stranger. Sometimes that's actually easier.<br><br>Just sharing what you're carrying can make it feel a little lighter.<br><br>Being strong doesn't mean suffering in silence. Keeping all that pain to yourself won't make you stronger. Real courage is allowing yourself to speak about it.<br><br>And if you're not ready yet, that's okay too. Take all the time you need. Anyone else just done trying in life? Im done trying for people who will never try as hard as I am for them. Life hurts and it takes everyone away without warning. I just want it to stop

Greeting from Malaysia, I am feeling a lot pain and grieve due to loss of family members who have left this world a long time ago. Eventhough, they have left many years ago. The pain doesn't goes away and I can't never ever be happy anymore. Sometimes, I have to think that I was an orphaned that I have no family, in order not to feel pain. Sometimes, it is better not to have family, so you don't hurt so much. Now, I am all alone and have no one to turn too. No friends nor family. I often wonder what I did do in my life to deserve all this pain. Is it my past karma??? What did I do in my past life or I am fated to have neither family or friends. It is tough. <br>Sometimes, I think how am I to go on living๐ข๐ข๐ข

i really love this playlist. im going thru a rly hard time rn and i feel like this playlist is making things a little better. my family is rly toxic rn and ive been getting a lot of mean texts from my friends and its causing me to start hurting myself again.. but ive been able to slowly quit from listening to this playlist. so thank you for creating it!
