@2:47 DEATH, hell yeah. Found your channel when searching for not super super expensive DAPS. I'm dipping my toes in finally. Previously I thought Apple Airpod Pros and 320Kbps on my phone sounded good, but then heard 24 bit FLAC through IEM's and was blown away. Definitely considering this one.

Yay confirmation bias . I got one 2 days ago it’s great . I’m quite new to audio stuff but after the HIBY 300 I wanted to get a more “future proof “ player .

Just received mine last week and this dap is crazy good. I got a power bank that supports pd charging and use that to get 940mw power. It even has the desktop mode that bypasses the battery when plugged in so I can preserve the internal battery.

Hmm, if i hadn't picked up the Hiby R3 II then this could have been a serious consideration. I dont need the streaming portions of these players since I have my entire CD collection ripped to FLAC. I dont listen with headphones but rather connect my Hiby to my receiver and car stereo, this has been a massive improvement to my listening experience since I use to stream most of the time since i sometimes don't want to be getting up and down changing records, CDs, or Cassettes. This has allowed me to cut the figurative cord and play music easily just like streaming but without the price for premium high resolution and ad free music.

JM-C France.

Hey mate. Great review. Thank you. Any plans to review the Shanling M1 plus which is said to be a more transparent, neutral, clearer dap in relation to Shanling's other offerings?

Dude. You got the Sunbather ( Deafheaven ) album too! Thats the second rare album in my recently bought stack.
Oh, and David Sylvian - Secrets of the beehive is my all time favorite album! I saw that. 👍🏻

Cocteau twins - Heaven or las Vegas and Radiohead - Kid A. I must have Springsteen somewhere. And is that green one 'the Orb'? So many familiar albums. You have a nice collection.

I have this M21 in my basket, but my wallet is still recovering. 😅
I like the Hiby OS with their special MSEB equalizer software. But with a plain Andoid OS you can install that anyway and anything else you want. Including the remote software for my Rose streamer, or whichever one you like. So its even useful at home on the couch.

👋🏻😀🇱🇺
