the idea that Deltarune is the timeline where the monsters won, is actually kinda genius. it IS meant to be Undertale's "parallel story" after all. what if the breaking off point IS the human / monster war. we learn in Undertale that humans used to have magic, but used it all up, sealing the monsters away.

we hear in Deltarune that the MONSTERS don't really have magic...

Kris can’t be the last human because Susie wonders if Kris would be into monsters or humans. To which Kris stares at Susie

Major snag in the "Humans are extint" line of reasoning.
When you discuss crushes with Susie. she asks if Kris's crush was a human or a monster.
So there are probably other humans.

I like the line "Copies are monochrome, but you colored each of us in with care."

This implies that maybe Kris was human at one point, but this is a copy
That goners are Copies

My problem with some theories nowadays is that I find a lot of people create a conclusion first and then search for evidence to support it rather than analyzing what the story is trying to tell us from a completely unbiased perspective and using THAT to come to the conclusion. In addition, nobody ever really explains how their theories benefit the story and the character arcs that have been set up.

11:51 Then why on earth is there a book on how to take care of humans in the library?
