  I am from West Bengal and I almost visited every states of India . But only the states that have civic sense in india are the northeast people. Literally they are much polite , discipline and western mindset. Indians should learn from them.

  After my trip to Japan this May, I have taken a pledge not to &apos;Honk&apos;, and till today, I am able to achieve it. In the first few weeks, it was tough, and I intended to press it, but I resisted. Now I have built this habit. This has made me a better driver, as your habit of non-honking makes you more vigilant and also respectful to others.<br>And I have realized, &quot;You can ACTUALLY drive without honking&quot;.

  I lived in Meghalaya for 2 years. Coming from Navi Mumbai, I always found it amazing how cars patiently queue up in traffic - no honking or breaking lanes - they simply turn off their engine until traffic clears.<br><br>Hats off to the people of Meghalaya!

  This is such a major issue. Yesterday, I went to watch a movie, and there was a girl sitting with her legs up on the seat in front of her — the very seat I was supposed to sit on. When I confronted her, she blamed me, saying it was my fault and that I should have spent more money to get a seat further away from her. Are you kidding me? If you want full comfort, buy a recliner ticket — don’t act like this in a regular seat. People in India seriously need to learn basic civic sense. As a regular moviegoer, this kind of behavior really frustrates me.
