  When the kicker missed the FG against Cincy the 1st time. <br>SS12 went to him on the sidelines to give him words of Encouragement!<br>And a FEW in the CLE media 🎙 🖥 👨‍💻 🙄 😑 decided to bash SS12 and criticized him for wearing his hat on backwards and wearing sunglasses!! 😎 &nbsp;🫣 . Would you believe they didn&apos;t like the way he looked? 🤔 😏. And another (Grossi) stated he never seen a camera he didn&apos;t like! They had to be negative! 😏 😼 It&apos;s really sad they are so negative like that!

  GBUSH &nbsp;- The Jimmy Haslam press conference also showed a movement away from Anyiltics, in the sense of Jimmy&apos;s bullet points: Good guys, Tyson Campbell getting shot up to go back out there on a 5-12 team, &nbsp;the kicker dealing with a Mom dying of cancer and focusing after a bad start.... None of this screams &quot;numbers&quot; or Paul DePodesta. &nbsp;Who couldn&apos;t even physically show up on Sunday. <br>People matter<br>Personalities matter<br>Guts/Heart matter<br><br>That&apos;s all Jimmy was talking about and this was a year they drafted and picked up &quot;football players&quot; and not stats/numbers.

  I do agree that as soon as the writing was on the wall the Stefanskians immediately starting the hit pieces of why everything was Berry&apos;s fault. &nbsp;Berry wasn&apos;t sitting in interviews saying Dillon is the answer. &nbsp;Berry wasn&apos;t sitting in interviews avoiding saying Shedeur&apos;s name. &nbsp;Berry wasn&apos;t going to die on the hill that Dillon and Kenny was the answer. &nbsp;Berry got Flacco and Kenny the hell outta there so that Shedeur could get a chance. &nbsp;Berry didnt get in an interview and say as soon as Dillon is better, he will take over as QB1. &nbsp;Shall i continue? Dang GBush you did tell Shedeur win the last 2 games. Ion think it was possible. This is why ive stopped clicking on alot of these media post on all platforms. &nbsp;Im not filling my mind with that negativity. &nbsp;People its a choice. Scroll pass, give them no energy

  How important was the time and consolation that Shedeur showed Schmidt early in the season when he missed a winning FG. &nbsp; &nbsp;The media disrespected sanders for being a good teammate. &nbsp;How many kicks did schmidt make after that? &nbsp;And he made that tough kick for the Browns win two games in a row for how long. &nbsp;Guys who don&apos;t understand the importance of that moment never played the game.

  Absolutely 💯 <br>People don&apos;t realize how a Coach&apos;s play calling can set a QB up to either fail or give them room to succeed !!<br>Schemanski made sure SS12 was under duress when he took good players off the OL that could have protected QB12..<br>It was really noticeable by smarter people who could see through the dark glasses 🕶 exactly what was going on.<br>In one game he allowed DG to throw 55 times which resulted in ZERO TDs<br><br>He restrained SS12 from doing the same. <br>He actually attempted organizing lower stats for Shedeur. With dink and dunks. Restraints/ handcuffing.. . and let DG be free with pass protection!! Etc.<br> We just couldn&apos;t technically provide the metrics..etc<br>Amazingly this young lady &nbsp;proved it!👏 <br>Sabotaging Scheming at it&apos;s highest denominator!! 💁‍♀️
