  Strickland kills me because if you just listened to him talk about his fights pre or post you would think every fight he’s in was a lawler vs Rory fight but instead it’s literally just him spamming jabs and teeps for 15-25 minutes without ever trying to sit on a shot or hurt anyone. Him screaming at jack hermanson repeatedly to fight him just to throw 400000 jabs and 1-2’s at him is still hilarious to me.

  Stricklands fights have constant suspense though. The Khamzat fight wasn't a war, but I was on the edge of my seat the whole time. Knowing the outcome on a rewatch just ain't the same and will change opinions. He definitely doesn't fight exactly like he talks though, but he will go all out if he sees the opportunity.
