I didn&apos;t want to since I saw what love did to my friends, I tried to avoid boys as much as I can. I didn&apos;t want to end up like my other friends. I didn&apos;t want to cry about something that wasn&apos;t even worth it. Few years after I said those words, I met a guy. He was different. He treated me differently. Nice, gentle. We talked alot. Almost everyday. We&apos;d talk about stuff like what we did the other day or what our plans were and other stuff. I felt something I&apos;ve never felt. I felt something warm and comforting. I&apos;d always go to him whenever something made me cry or sad. Then one day, my family had a large argument. I looked for him. He wasn&apos;t there. I kept looking. Day by day. Over and over again. My friends started to worry about me. They even told me that I should take medication. I didn&apos;t listen. I ignored them. I still kept searching for him. Not knowing that he was long gone. Dead. I was hallucinating. Those times that I had talked to him were only faint memories. Memories where he was still alive. Here. Close. I cried so hard after realizing again that he was already gone.
