  How swiftly this guy avoided every wrongdoing committed by Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto and blamed the whole thing on Ayub Khan is quite interesting. General Ayub was indeed one of the prime culprits whose policies ultimately caused the war, but it was Bhutto who persuaded Yahya not to hand over power to Mujib. Very famous quotes by Bhutto during that time—“Udhar tum, idhar hum” and “Whoever goes to Dhaka, I will break his legs”—depict his desperation to resist Mujib from becoming the Prime Minister. It was Bhutto, along with Yahya, who secretly visited Dhaka just before the 25th March massacre and planned the whole thing, which ultimately resulted in the revolt of the East Bengal Regiment and the Declaration of Independence.

  I am E. Pakistani. &nbsp;I am an eyewitness to what has happened in 1970-71. &nbsp;Very true, &nbsp;what happened for which army establishment was responsible. &nbsp;They are the worst of Pakistan. &nbsp;Ayub Khan laid the foundation of separation. Justice Hamid ur Rehman report should be made public for Pakistanis, and Bangladeshi should know the actual culprit.
