  Nah I&apos;m not standing for the Sweet Memories slander while Hidden Dragon exist. Even in the non-FM version, it has a use case to maximize the amount of Lucky-Lucky on your party to farm synth items in the lategame (you know, when you&apos;re overlevelled anyways and stats don&apos;t matter?). Meanwhile, Hidden Dragon&apos;s singular use is to switch Star Seeker into your main keyblade equip slot from the Valor form slot.

  The idea of &quot;Sora is nothing special&quot; pretty much only applies to KH1 where Riku is the chosen one but screws it up, every game released afterwards makes Sora downright fundamental to most of the going ons. The one who spawned Naminè, the one who was chosen by everyone involved to save the worlds, the one who saved Ventus twice, the nature taboo breaker, the child of destiny, one of the few to go to unreality rather than perishing. It just never stops and only escalates.<br><br>For that matter, the Kingdom Key itself has always been special, but it is not actually tied to Sora besides him having earned its usage, so I doubly don&apos;t get the critisism against the X blade.

  I&apos;m choosing to believe the Lost Memory never being seen again is symbolic of Ventus choosing his current life with his present friends (in the form of Wayward Wind) over his past life and the pain associated with it

  My theory is that Lost Memory might become his new default keyblade once he truly recover his memories from the age of fairy tales, after all he likely didn&apos;t understand what Vanitas meant when he said that he wasn&apos;t his evil half and was just Darkness, perhaps meeting Lauriam and Elrena might trigger his memories to come back or maybe Chirithy will finally spill the beans to him.

  I think when it comes to the X-Blade, it&apos;s actually the other way around. I think the Kingdom Key looks like they X-Blade, which would also explain why Kingdom Key D exists. Plus, remember that the Kingdom Key wasn&apos;t actually Sora&apos;s initially, it was Riku&apos;s, and it only transferred over because Riku&apos;s heart faltered, so I don&apos;t think it makes Sora any more special than he&apos;d already be.

  I’m pretty sure the kingdom key isn’t Sora’s signature weapon but is actually a keyblade in its base form. It makes sense for Sora to get the keyblade in its base form since he wasn’t necessarily supposed to have one in the first place. Riku’s keyblade is a reflection of himself. Way to Dawn. Sora gets the kingdom key and the keyblade’s power mostly comes from his connections to the places he’s been and people he meets. That fits into the theme of friendship being the source of his power. The only exception are keyblades formed from synthesis and tough challenges.
