Woody died multiple times during the classic 1940-72 toons, but kept returning in different forms. He really is the Agent of Chaos

Woody Woodpecker is especially beloved in Brazil. When I lived there, 10 years ago, they would still play reruns on national tv in primetime. They even have a common saying, "mau como pica-pau", which means "bad, like Woody Woodpecker".

Is it me or is this movie actually entertaining when NC makes jokes about the movie

In this movie, Woody Woodpecker is an murderous sociopath instead of being his 1940s comedic character. 🎭 (comedy) turned to 🔪(slasher)

Fun fact: The guy who voiced Woody Woodpecker would later go on to voice three of the members of The Banana Splits in The Banana Splits horror movie.
