I love the coziness of winter!

The main difference imo is the snow, which reflects light and the winter Sun. Here in the UK all we usually get are wet, windy, cloudy days. It is very very depressing.

No wonder I hate winter. Wool makes me itch and break out in hives. The darkness makes me sad too. I keep moving further south as I age.

⚠️ You must remember that after they extinguish the candles that they air out the room with open windows for 10 minutes otherwise it's just air pollution from the candles 🕯 Scandi's take this very serious. Higge is a lifestyle with tradeoffs. They take health very very seriously.

When my husband was assigned to a base in South Dakota I expected winter to be long and dreary. I was so surprised at how much there was to do outdoors!

🩵🩵🩵
Your visuals are exquisitely executed. The voice is a bit high pitched and bordering on unpleasant, but the content is appreciated.
Thank you.😊

Stepping into frozen lakes? How do you step into ice? 😅 I take clothing seriously too. I live in so calif and I do my best to wear next to nothing most of the time. I had heard Scandinaviana had the highest suicide rate. This was maybe 50 yrs ago.

Only German, but all of this. Little objections, though: I have hated porredge since childhood (am 77), and the candles I burn from October to March come at quite a price😅
