What an episode, we sat with Peter for around 3 hours before the work started.. which led to the conversation I shared at the end. I hope this can help at least one person watching.. Don't put too much pressure on yourself and Re train the brain for positive thinking (not easy) but you got this! I’m in severe autistic burnout. I’m hypersensitive so at the moment, the world is so full of toxic negativity that it leaves me feeling like an open wound. This is my place to go to feel a little healed. To know there are people like you Ben doing things I wish I had the ability to do, making people feel better in so many different ways. Thank you
