  Switzerland is the most expensive country in Europe- and St Moritz is the most expensive city in it. Next time you find yourself in a similar situation, you to a supermarket and buy your food (like a sandwich, a salad and desserts) in a supermarket. Of course this only works for cold  food(ie, lunch) but you'd save a lot. Happy holidays and thank you for the video!

There are no border controls between the countries having signed the agreement (except in special cases); because it is a zone of free movement between countries for people and goods. Customs checks are carried out when entering or leaving the Schengen zone but very rarely inside it.

  Thank you very much for posting , i could never afford the ticket prices, not to mention food. Because of you i enjoyed Italy and Switzerland from the comfort of the over stuffed rocking chair with a cup of hot coffee.   Due to construction work, the route between Thusis and Preda must be closed from Monday, November 4, 2024 to Saturday, November 16, 2024. The Bernina Express (PE 951 / 952) will be diverted via Vereina (Landquart - Klosters - Sagliains - Samedan) during this period. The online timetable has been adjusted.

  I was on board this luxury train with my late husband a Swiss years ago. He wanted me to experience this scenic ride. Truly amazing. Bring back memories of my dear late husband. 🙏❤️🇸🇬

  To those who go, if they go, during the summer, I recommend the red BERNINA EXPRESS replacement bus from Lugano to Tirano and vice versa. &nbsp;The cost of transport is included in the Eurrail, Interrail, Swiss travel and Graubünden passes. &nbsp;It is also included in the day pass, the general pass, the half-price pass and so on and so forth. &nbsp;Seat reservations are always mandatory and must be paid out of pocket. &nbsp;Have a nice trip!
