Eustis is a dump. The last time we visited, there was a woman walking around with a baseball bat threatening people and a bunch of people smoking pot openly. We were stared down like we were intruders. That whole area can rot.

You should check out the charming town of Wewahitchka just north of Port St. Joe on the northern Florida Panhandle not too far from Tallahassee.
