  He&apos;s framed himself as some sort of great philosopher on the concept of humour over the last few years. His last stand-up was more of a lecture than a comedy show.<br><br>He&apos;s an out-of-touch millionaire who doesn&apos;t realise it. He&apos;s being kind enough to teach us plebs about humour because he takes online hyperbole as how the masses think.

  I think in his mind offending someone is the same as outwitting them. He thinks because he’s not offended by a certain issue than that issue is beneath him intellectually. Its why all the side characters in his shows are just straw men for him to easily defeat in debates. Its a stupid notion but we are talking about Ricky Gervais.

  When I think of Ricky Gervais the word that comes to mind is &quot;Passé&quot;. Everything about him is out of date. He cares so much about trying to prove his the wittiest guy in the room, that he hasn&apos;t bother to try and learn anything or grow, because people who think they&apos;re already the best don&apos;t try to keep improving.

  I’m a Gen Z and so are all my friends, siblings and colleagues. I can’t express this enough, I never heard in person or saw online, anyone mention Scary Movie 6, at any point. I can’t express how little Gen Z gave a shit about that film.
