  Best Zlatan story I know:<br>In 2014, the Swedish national team for the intellectually disabled was preparing to travel to the World Championship in Brazil. The problem was: They had qualified for the tournament but could not afford the trip due to a lack of funding. So they organized a charity auction and asked prominent footballers to donate their jerseys. When they contacted Ibrahimović, he just replied, “What the hell do you want with a jersey? How much is the trip?” And then paid for everything out of his own pocket (allegedly around €45,000).

  Our old national coach said his best story from Zlatan: When Sweden went to USA for training and friendly games they got their training ground unbooked. The coach then called Zlatan and asked if Zlatan had any advice for a place. Zlatan said give me a few minutes and called back a bit later with the La Galaxy home ground booked their entire trip. Class!
