  Dear Mr. Sriram, I was born and brought up in Mylapore, attended P. S. High School and Vivekananda College.  Did my apprenticeship in Fraser & Ross, Chartered Accountants.  Left for the US in 1976.  I have been living in the US ever since.   This video brought back memories of my life in Madras.  Nostalgic value of this video is immeasurable.  I watch your videos all the time.  I think your videos and commentaries are filled with facts and unbiased views of history.  I also like your honest views.  Keep up the good work.  Thank you!

  You reminded &nbsp;me of my childhood days when I have walked on all these places &nbsp;several times. In those days life was not this complicated. &nbsp;Simple and honest people and very low crime rate.. I was a resident of Madras till 1977 and had my full education there. Thereafter I went to Mumbai. &nbsp;Today I am staying in Pondicherry and I find Madras has undergone a great change.

  I am 69.<br>I didn&apos;t take it seriously to enjoy this song before, but now it seems perfectly clear after watching your video and I wonder if it had been my sheer carelessness or plain indifference in not appreciating it, earlier. <br>You have almost took me as if on a time machine to 1962 with your impressive commentary about people and places of old Madras. <br>Let me assure you that I am not at all exaggerating even a single bit when I tell you that you are a goldmine of information, and your words are flowing like an unending silent river by the side. <br>I have learnt to admire your excellent voice - liquid of the vowels and kind to consonants !
