  Hikaru said in his stream, when Magnus beat Hikaru and surpassed the highest rating of Kasparov, He texted garry apologizing for not being able to stop Magnus from breaking his record of Highest Rating Ever

  For me, Magnus Carlsen is the best chess player of all time. I say this not only because of his rating, but also because of the dominance he has over his contemporaries. His understanding of the game is amazing, and he dominates all game rhythms very easily (bullet, blitz, rapid and classic).

  I think i have a good idea for a series. You find an obscure position from two grandmasters that is completely winning/losing for one side, give it to two random subscribers at any rating, and have them play from that position. I think it’d be kinda fun to watch that.
