  I have 2 years and 10k miles on my 2022 SAR. With the power, electronics and suspension/ geometry I believe this is one of the most insane production vehicles ever made.

  <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RipAVxeYR7I&amp;t=500">8:20</a> the whole point of keyless is that you can keep your key in your pocket. that compartment is not for the key, neither for your phone, it&apos;s for stuff that you might need to access very quickly. like your highway toll ticket and a card to pay for it. or your garage door remote.

  IAN!! &nbsp;It’s about time you review this machine!!!<br><br>Love my ‘23 1290 SAR. &nbsp;KTM’s coming out with upgrades for ‘25 that may include 1390cc engines and a Rally spec model! &nbsp;Can’t wait. &nbsp;<br><br>“Engine of the gods” 😂 🍻<br><br>I’d love to see this turned into a long term review.

  Can’t believe this is your first go on a 1290 SA. I loved mine, got a GS now and really miss the way this bike felt and it’s soul…..

  I had many bikes in my life. I had test ride a few. The 1290 super adventure r is a piece of art. Capable for everything from of road to twisty roads. It’s the ultimate fun bike !

  For all the QA issues adventure KTMs have (some just internet over-hype), they do provide riding excitement no other bikes do. As heard by Ian’s laugh 😂
