  Thanks for this video! Your suggestion to put the cart in hot water for it to be unplugged worked for me! I was able to use my old cart and refill to print

  I love the content here, &nbsp;and the shop, I use them for many things, you have been teaching us about CISS, and it&apos;s really simple when you follow your directions, cause 1st time i did it I got a BIG ink stain. I followed your directions, and now, I just get those big ink bottles, for like 100 dollars per order, &nbsp;but it lasts for a LONG time

  I bought these 2 sets ..just got them few days ago ,i had to go buy canon cartridges cause the ones i had were remanufactured and did not fit .I am &nbsp;so excited to use them when i run out....I live in Ontario Canada and they came within 3 weeks ,and Kevin got back to me within hours of contacting support through the web site .Best information and Keven explains what to do in full detail which is great for a beginner like me .very pleased i found Kevin , will be saving a lot of money as well as my mom. Thank You Kevin .
