  One of Boston's Subway lines, The Green Line, is just trams underground. This is still a subway.

  The best way of using this would be to run train tracks between cities, but then run the light rail trams on the train tracks down into tunnels with a few stops in the city, then back up onto the train tracks. At least that's how I'll be using them.

  The game isnt even out yet and I'm already looking forward to asset mods adding all sorts of vehicles in; imagine a tram modelled after the NYC or Tokyo or London subway/metro/tube trains

  That's an epic video, I was looking forward to seeing undergroud trams and how they will work, but it would have been good for you to show us from the train view of them arriving at the undergroud stations with people getting on and off

  I am so happy they added subways to the game! Loved the mod that made this for TF2! there were mods adding subay trains!

  Just a clarification, if you create a road/tramway underground you can place a normal bus stop that is used for above ground cargo deliveries in this tunnel and goods will be delivered from this to above ground demand (no above ground infrastructure isrequired), this works for both trucks and cargo trams without causing above ground traffic, noise and pollution issues. Obviously don&apos;t place these stops on your underground passenger lines as it will create huge backlogs, it is better to create smaller spur tunnels for deliveries.

  If you look at the Cologne U-Bahn, you’ll find both above-ground and underground sections on the same line. Some of the trains are Bombardier K4000 models.

  Thank you for this video, i am so surprised that they haven’t as part of the game created subway trains etc, i wouldn’t be surprised if they create as part of the games subway

  I imagine a very popular mod would be allowing subway stops to unload cargo. Sure the unload speed might be terrible but in many cases anything is better than nothing.
