We've gone beyond sporting sanctions now. All signs suggest criminal fraud has taken place - false accounts, sham contracts and companies, knowingly deceiving auditors and regulators. It seems highly likely there are tax implications from this falsely (and sometimes undeclared) income. There needs to be a full criminal case opened against executives, agents, managers and agents. Jail time should be a very real possibility
