  The best advice in this video is to allow yourself to feel bored and disinterested with his lack of attention and distance. &nbsp; That’s what happens to me. Look for someone who will give you that attention effortlessly, they are out there. Believe me!

  Mistakes to Avoid:<br>1. You don’t want to panic. <br>2. Leaning forward and trying to get clarity while anxious. <br>3. Over apologizing or over explaining yourself. <br>4. Confronting him or giving him an ultimatum. <br>5. Faking disintrest. <br><br>Things We Can Do:<br>1. Give yourself a timeline to not worry.<br>2. Take your focus off of him completely.<br>3. Retrain your brain to focus on what is right in front of you, not on him. <br>4. Build up your life outside of this man. <br>5. Let yourself get bored with this lack of momentum. Get turned off by what he is doing or not doing.

  I exercise, dance, yoga, clean, organizing!! Mani&apos;s. &nbsp; and pedi&apos;s, massage. Reading, watching a series or a movie. These distractions are all so helpful bc SELF CARE and SELF LOVE🙏🏼💕
