As an older black female, the pride for our culture has gone down the drain. Ratchet behavior is what seems to be the "new norm". Looking at the legacy of what the new generation is leaving, I want no parts of it. I don't watch BET, it's changed for the worse.

I remember when I was a kid ( I’m 66 now ) there were movies from the late 40’s and all through the 50’s that were made by black movie companies and the entire cast of the movie was black, and they spoke proper english, had proper manners and respect for one another and dressed very nicely. My, how times have changed.
