Absolutely love how passionate Charlie is about the level of care and detail he gives to the guest cottages, also really enjoyed the snippets of Oxford ❤

Charlie is such a wonderful man. He's always considerate, thinks of others, very true blue, never find another fine man like that. You lucky girl! ❤❤

My husband is a carpenter here in the US. so I particularly enjoyed the thatched roof segment. Definitely not a thing here and I am so impressed they last 15 years!🧡

Dear Josie & Charlie, I have had a really rough year and after losing my beautiful and perfect pusscat a month ago, I had planned to opt out of Christmas. But your vlogmas intro has made me consider bringing some of Christmas back into my life this year. Thank you both - and all the team that goes into this ❤
