  I will be 70 at the end of this year. I look in the mirror and see the obvious signs of my ageing skin. This is natural. Sometimes difficult when you feel a lot younger inside, however, I do not look like all the other woman who succumb to Botox and fillers. I still wear make up I colour my own hair and I feel ok about myself. I just wish older women, well all age groups actually, realised how obvious it looks when you have treatments. These days everyone looks the same. Hydrate and wear sunscreen, eat healthy and keep as fit as is possible for you.

  Yeah, in my late 40s, I got the hamster cheeks too. Thankfully, it seemed to subside. Im 60 now and no longer doing botox etc. Im more comfortable about myself now than I was in my late 40s. It's liberating. Mind you, when I get a new saggy something I can be a bit down about it. But then I realise its not about looks anymore. It is about function and getting out and camping and hiking and swimming while Im still capable of it. And long term relationships that im blessed to have. Wishing everyone their liberation day, laughter and love. ❤

  I met Trinny in Australia years ago. She said I looked like someone she would be friends with. She's right, we would be great friends. She is so open and honest but flawed as well. I love her and we are friends in another dimesion somewhere!

  I saw an in-store beauty product advert with a famous actress. Loads of surgery, layers of photoshop.. somehow it didn’t convince me the cream would nourish and plump my skin.

  Im the same age as Trinny and i give a sh1t anymore<br>Ive just had a caterak op , its brill <br><br>Taking a nap is lovely especially after having baby grandchild <br>At my age ,Just do what you want , to keep happy

  Haha, Ponds Cream. My lovely parents used to swear by Astral cream and Savlon for everything. Used to work too, but I think it was more the love and attention that healed all ills.
