  Now thats 100% the correct way.  And 100% thorough.  As someone in the rework industry for 20 years, its nice to see someone doing everything 100%.  Nice job.  Sidenote:  This exact process should be done after ever recell as well.  The chip Milwaukee uses has the capacity to balance these cells.  They choose not to activate the function on hardware thats already there.  There are EVEN BALANCE RESISTORS ON THE PCB lol.  This is done on purpose so the batteries become unbalanced.  So 99% of people will buy the next generation or a new battery.  Btw the new FORGE also does not balance the cells.  Total garbage.  Milwaukee ripping people off.

  Remember way back in the day when electronics would stop working and you could just throw them against the wall and they'd start working again? I miss thems days.

  So many companies do not want to replace or repair electronics or batteries, they just want you to buy more instead. I wonder if the manufacturer/seller even opened the battery for inspection. No one cares to protect their reputation anymore for the quality of their products. If you check, you will find that they employ a quality department but fail to catch the things that plague their batteries the most. Are they really checking their products?
