  In that trailer, the Japanese text basically was Morgana saying, &quot;it looks like we&apos;ll have to do something else to move the jaw&quot; and Joker&apos;s options are &quot;kick the jaw&quot; or &quot;leave it alone&quot; <br><br>I guess they just cut out this mini puzzle because it didnt really add anything to the gameplay.

  Am I alone in enjoying Shido&apos;s Palace largely for story reasons in Persona 5 original and enjoying the rat puzzles?

  I&apos;ll be honest, Shido IS my favorite palace at least as of my last run (every palace after Sae&apos;s is fantastic). The rat puzzles didn&apos;t bother me as much as they did others. It just felt satisfying, uncovering all the cogs of Shido&apos;s conspiracy all the while giving each member of the Phantom Thieves their moment to shine. The game also has one of my favorite boss fight capped off with a 1v1 with the man who ruined Joker&apos;s life. My only real complaint is that it&apos;s too long but if too much of a good thing is my only problem, I&apos;d say it&apos;s a damn good palace

  a challenge run idea has been on my mind for a bit, an “opposite” run where each party member uses skills they were not designed for at all (which would only be possible in p5r specifically, with the jazz club and prison battle rewards). like Ryuji with Spell Master and Ann with Arms Master and Joker playing completely as support and Morgana not being able to use a single healing spell, stuff like that

  Thumbs up earned solely because you actually made (er, are making) a complete correct guide to the game in the process of this run. It&apos;s amazing how in recent years the manipulation of search engine optimization has actually made correct information on video games (well, any topic really) super difficult, as all of the top results are invariably early-made guides with either little actual value, or outright wrong information because all they cared about was getting page clicks.

  What Super Shido is wearing in his bossfight is a bit of an exaggerated version of an exercise harness. Basically the idea being that the harness applies a constant pull against your movement, pushing you to apply more force to each respective move you make. If you have seen the early episodes of Naruto, think of it in similar effect to the weights Rock Lee wore on his arms and legs. A force you constantly have to work against which is meant to serve as a way of workout.

  Futaba’s palace has got to be my fave. I relate to her so much as a character, and the atmosphere is truly one of the best. The puzzle are nice too.

  Unpopular opinion: but I actually like Okumura’s palace! I love the look of the setting of the palace in space and the robot designs are cute. I think the enemies were balanced really well and felt good to fight, but still challenging if you’re caught off guard, with the robots providing a mix up to players who fuse personas before the palace. Even the Okumura boss is something I like, though I admit that I did struggle a lot on it. But the challenge was interesting and when I eventually solved it with element items and party switching I felt really smart. Even the infamous air lock puzzle wasn’t that bad, though I’ll admit they could’ve done a better job labeling and explaining what airlocks the switches do and do not affect. I had to deduce what airlocks the switch turns on and off through flipping the switch and seeing which air locks changed, which isn’t ideal. But when I did know what airlocks open and close with the switches, the puzzles were satisfying. I like how the palace kinda disincentivizes brute force. If you play it smart you’ll make it out alive.<br><br>My only complaint is of course the story of the palace is kinda bad, with Haru not getting enough screen time and Morgana being annoying, along with Okumura not being as interesting of a villain. I wish the palace and story eluded more to his connections with Shido. But really the story is my only major complaint, otherwise I love the gameplay of the palace
