  No, it wasn&apos;t the oil going out of the Gulf. It was not paying the frozen funds while Iranians were sitting in Qatar waiting for the transfer that broke the deal.

  The question is can Iran close the strait completely for a week?<br>They have to declare it and then demonstrate it.<br>Otherwise why claim control over it?<br>They just look silly. They are in danger of looking like Trump.<br>This is just not serious.
