  Having the start of P-3 be Odysseus shooting you from afar using his bow while you attempt to reach him would be a nice trick too. Like how P-2&apos;s trick was that the level was not just a fight against the flesh prison and Sisyphus, but also the level including a gauntlet of arenas.

  i think it&apos;s fair to say his theme might include some sort of motif from &quot;Death Odyssey&quot;<br>Odysseus was a sailor, and a brave one, going through Scilla and Charybdi, overcoming the sirens, managing to escape Circe, and acquire the golden fleece of Chrysomallos itself. This man not only fits the Prime criteria, he is also THE Mythology itself.

  I think it would be funny if P-3 has 108 enemies in it before the boss (assuming the boss is Odysseus) as a nod to the suitors occupying his home while he was gone.

  Absolutely agree, my guy. I was actually reading the books in 8-2 and 8-3, and I came to a similar conclusion. It could be cool if hell uses Lucifer as the prison for Odysseus, but I have no Idea. Hakita is gonna cook tho.

  My standpoint on this:<br>Ulysses is DEFINETLY the P-3 Candidate.<br>and MY motives, aligning with the video IS, with elaborative explanation:<br>Regarding Book I:<br>The book mentions Ulysses by name, describing TREACHERY, that is because TREACHERY is a frozen land of blood, it makes sense that the &quot;wine dark high sea&quot; is a blood of sea, frozen or not, and it may be likely that it rains blood, which can strenghten this point, yet, its fair to be deconsidered.<br>The book describes the cycle of WAR on EARTH, specifically about how it evolves, the book is HELL itself likely yearning with anger for Ulysses portraying him as a catalyst of war and bloodlust for mankind due to the fact that Ulysses led the Trojan Horse raid.<br>Ulysses led the Trojan Horse raid, which is why his name is in FRAUD, but it is very likely Ulysses escaped the layer, which would be the motive behind his death, and that his execution, or corpse, was moved to the ninth layer, FRAUD.<br>Possibility A:<br>Ulysses&apos; body was moved to TREACHERY although comitting FRAUDULENCE likely due to him escaping FRAUD, making him prone to a more severe punishment, leading him to be executed there.<br>Possibility B:<br>BEFORE READING: Be aware that TREACHERY&apos;s motive of punishment is if you betray whom you trust and who trusts you.<br>Ulysses&apos; punishment for being an imbalance to the future.<br>Even IF Ulysses wasn&apos;t punished for the betrayal of his crew, ULTRAKILL is based, not completely aligning with Dante&apos;s inferno, example Sisyphus and Minos doesn&apos;t perfectly align to who they were in the world, either having done all their actions in both greek and roman mythology or not, or even some of both, but still being them.<br>Do note: I highly consider he ESCAPED FRAUD, because he had no willpower, following, nor power or control in FRAUD, basically being a complete contrast of Minos and Sisyphus, it&apos;s highly likely he attempted to or escaped FRAUD, and because of his crimes and sins he was still in the eyes of the angels, he was STILL a person with willpower and manpower in Earth before his death, that being due to the fact that he was the King of Ithaca, although theres a more likely possibility as to WHY he was punished, since his body resides in TREACHERY, that is for sure, we <br>already all know that the bodies of all prime souls reside on their corresponding layer, but it&apos;s definetly odd for Ulysses&apos; body to reside in the final layer instead of his corresponding layer, final layer being also where the gate for P-3 resides, to reinforce this theory, Ulysses&apos; body may be at the gate itself, serving as an example or further punishment, basically as a &quot;You&apos;&apos;ll be just like him if you do what he&apos;s done&quot; type of stuff.<br>Though i may offer a second point that:<br>Ulysses is being elevated from a historical sinner into a universal principle of recursive violence and false transcendence, making him a valid Prime Soul candidate.<br>Regarding Book II (MIRROR ROOM, 8-3, DISINTEGRATION LOOP):<br>Ithaca itself is name-dropped in Book II, the possible meaning of it being a fake rebirth of a home that never truly existed, mentioned exactly as &quot;palingenetic simulacrum of Ithaca&quot;, so humanity commits violence, retries to return to its purity, but its nothing but an illusion, the book ties back to Ulysses because he doesnt become just a MAN, he becomes the literal prototype of human condition, which is endless seeking, never to be satisfied, destroying what it pursues and being incapable of returning home, the cycle of violence and bloodlust<br>Regarding game story-telling and aligning itself:<br>The way ULTRAKILL reveals the PRIME SOUL candidates is on the second level of the second layer of every act, theres 0 doubt about that.<br>We have to consider that Minos and Sisyphus are both Greek Kings, that aligns to Ulysses which was also a Greek King, it all perfectly ties togheter, there is 0 denying about that.<br>The meta way of this is that you can perfectly use reasonable logic that cannot be denied, it perfectly captures how and where a prime candidate is released.<br>Not only that but all levels (as stated in the video) reveal them in books, name-dropping, mentioning, or speaking OF them, which is what exactly happens, Ulysses is special because his KINGDOM is mentioned, serving as another &apos;mention&apos; OF ULYSSES, and that is in the THIRD level of the SECOND layer of the THIRD act, which reinforces the possibility that he IS the P-3 CANDIDATE.<br>And, the MUSIC.<br>The soundtrack of 8-2 is No Devil Lived On, with it&apos;s many variations, No Devil Lived On is the only music to recive 3 variations and be so worked on, NDLO also features a climax moment with it&apos;s impending guitar. which, for all 2nd Layer, 2nd Levels feature, every time, a high climax of the music, a high point in the music, and then turns to normal, thats exceptionally prominent with LUST 2-2: DEATH AT 20000 VOLTS&apos;   I think that hell, on the contrary, hates Odysseus and all the Prime Souls. Because they are difficult, if not impossible, to torture. For example, Sisyphus didn&apos;t suffer much in Hell; he seemed happy to struggle pointlessly.
