I can’t understand how people DONT understand that people can’t correctly judge height and weight from just looking 👀 even so called “trained witnesses” like police officers. It’s not easy to correctly judge height and weight especially during something like a shooting. Eye witnesses are not good or accurate at choosing these things, evidence shouldn’t be heavily weighted in the minds of the jury however his own dad identifying him will sink him

I do not know how this case is gonna go, especially considering he’s up for another murder trial if his lawyer can prove that his ex Best Friend and his dad only wanted to reduce time he might be able to get free from this murder trial

Sort the live editing out....Many times court was NOT in recess and you just played music and we missed a lot! Also, what's with the not showing exhibits? Can you ask the lawyers to use the mic??
