  Hi Doug,<br><br>I&apos;m a disabled viewer who watches your streams. My disability affects my ability to use computers, so I can only interact with them very sparingly—doing so too much can be pretty bad for me.<br><br>Because of that, I almost never use my channel points to gamble. I mostly just watch. Every once in a great while, though, I&apos;ll take a year or even two years&apos; worth of saved-up channel points and put them all on a single gamble, since I know I won&apos;t be doing it again anytime soon.<br><br>I just wanted you to know that you&apos;ve managed to let me down every single time.
