  The existence of a hacker collective in North Korea indicates that those involved possess elevated privileges and access to money. It&apos;s well known how oppressive and heavy-handed the government there is. In the United States, most hackers are downtrodden and flat broke. I just see that as an odd dynamic.

  I’d like to imagine that the hackers has also stole scam/meme coins too thinking that it would be easy money but end up getting shafted after stealing coins like save the kids, TITs, etc.
