  Actually, no, we don't hate tourists. It's true, sometimes it's too much, but we're so used to it that during Covid, it was strange not to see them. I live in Rome and I'm always very happy to see them, it makes me happy.

  As an italian from the southernmost side of the country I have once visited Venice and I can confirm it's overcrowded (and overpriced, too). But I can also say that it is one of the most beautiful places you can dream to see. Piazza San Marco is a damn jaw-dropping wonder: you don't really wanna miss it! Dare anyone to prove me wrong.

  I love my country, it has his own set of problems like all of them. I hope one day you get too see it for yourself! There are plenty of little medieval towns all over that are not listed. I can suggest the video top 100 places to visit in Italy! There are some rather unknown places in that list where only Italian people go

  We the italians don&apos;t hate tourists. Yes, tourist hordes can cause problems in already congested big sities like Rome, Milan, Venice, Florence and some others but we experiment tourism in every place even with ourselves moving through our country.<br>But we feel lucky to host so many tourists because they bring money but also joy and diversity here.<br>We have an incredible nature with snowy mountains, rivers and lakes, volcanoes (even a supervolcano), coasts and shores, seas and islands. We got the biggest animal biodiversity in Europe and, above all we got an INSANE amount of art spanning from architecture to ancient ruins, from literature to sculpture, from painting to music, from food to fashion...but we&apos;re just the &quot;keepers&quot;, culture belongs to all humans or, at least, the respectful and willing-to-learn ones.

  abito a 20 km da Venezia e non ci vado da più di 30 anni....conservo i ricordi quando andavamo da ragazzi, d&apos;inverno immersi nella nebbia o d&apos;estate in stazione S,Lucia x bivaccare davanti la stazione x conoscere studentesse da tutto io mondo🤩😍🥰😜😋
