  So fun fact about the tangled sink starting syringe, I also found it only once on my first attempt through tangled sink, I never saw it spawn again.

  That box up at the top of Interlude: Filtration is a Tier 2 box. If you look closely, it has silver accents rather than rust red accents. That means it&apos;s contents are always Tier 2 items or better (like opening presents with the Nice List perk).
