@siamandmariachannel, I just had to give you both some viewers or potential subscribers constructive criticism, you both talk way too much. There's a reaction to a movie and then there's overreacting/ talking way too much. It's almost like you both want to hear yourself talk more than watching and listening to whatever the is your reacting to. If you both would like to get more subscribers than cut back on overtalking, it drives more people away vs bringing in more viewers to your channel. I tried to get through my first video of you two reacting to briget jones diary and it was brutal. Just thought it was also important to let you know my intentions are not meant to be disrespectful at all, just feedback from a viewer's prospective. So here I am again giving you both the benefit of the doubt and trying to watch another reaction video and unfortunately I can't watch the entirety of this reaction. When you both talk more than the actual movie that's a problem and most viewers will leave. Again this is meant as feedback to help you grow your channel if you both are serious about seeing it grow. A construction suggestion would be good back and watch your reaction to briget jones diary and you'll see yourselfs from the viewers prospective where every two sentences in the movie you both talk more than the actual actors in the movie.

I always thought it was unfair that they made fun of Elle for being a "fashion major". Her major was Fashion Merchandising, which would have included some classes in business, marketing, etc. Not just "history of polka dots", lol!

The whole Enrique being gay part is dumb anyway because he could just be bisexual… or as you said he could have still been sleeping with her for a number of reasons despite being gay… but it’s not a big enough flaw in the film to make it unenjoyable for me.

The malum in se Vs prohibitum question is pragmatic but out of context is actually not a great question to ask.

In criminal law the burden of proof rests on the prosecution (innocent until proven guilty) and the threshold has to be "beyond reasonable doubt" that's not 51/49 probability that is 99% certainty given that 100% certainty is impossible.

Therefore, if you are defending in a Malum in se case, you just need to leave 2% uncertainty in a jury's mind and you win.

Malum prohibitum is much more open and shut because it's things like "were you driving over the speed limit or not?"

It's less work but still if they did it they did it.

Fun fact, the highest score on the LSAT is 180.... Elle got 179.

I always feel like Vivian's second, final turnaround is too abrupt to make sense, or to be very satisfying. If she was that quickly convinced, just by Emmet's say-so, that what she saw was not what she thought she saw... I don't know. It feels too easy?

Malum prohibitum, as I understand it (from the Legally Blonde musical) is something that's illegal only because there's a law against it--the example they use is chewing gum in Singapore. Malum in se is something that's evil in itself. (The line being, "Murder, arson, white shoes after labor day.")
