Well Izzy that layout certainly has had you thinking. Looking at plans nowadays they should have a "Something Like" stamp on them because its no longer set out in stone as they say. Glad as usual you took it all in your stride and the job progressed to the building control mans standard. Always love seeing you work you make it look so easy and I hope Jake continues to learn from you and stays on the job. Thank you for posting and stay safe
