Hello Good Afternoon. The current SIR is a biggest fraud. We (family of four) were voters in 2023 Assembly and 2024 Parliamentary elections and voted too; but we are shocked to find our names removed from electoral rolls now and the recent Supreme Court of India decision almost fully approving the SIR process is by itself is a great danger to democracy we think, and a larger bench should sit immediately and first stay the entire process and then fully consider and set it aside. More than the Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar this SC decision is a bigger calamity and perhaps more harmful than the notorious pro-Emergency decision - the 1976 case ADM Jabalpur v. Shivkant Shukla decision which declared that even the right to life and personal liberty, a fundamental right under Article 21 of our Constitution, can be suspended during Emergency!!!”
