  AJ was not only a great QB for bama, but a heck of a nice guy in person long after he was in the NFL.

  How i miss alabama's phenomenal run game. Those years with henry, Richardson, lacey, ingrham we had it good.

  Interesting to here Herbsteit say this is the middle of the dynasty and not the end.  Who could have guessed Bama would still be pounding it out 10 years later.

  Watched them working my way through college for ten long years, at Missouri State, could not win at the game, so watched Alabama on TV for years.  Same at Temple in doctoral program, and they could not play the game either.  Ok at basketball.  Alabama is the greatest in coaching and also in the college game.  Finally moved to Alabama from liberal northland and never looked back and love this state for now 43 terrific years.  Game has changed, so who knows who can win with the stupid rules now, players now run things.  Go figure!  Love the south and for sure, Beautiful Alabama.  Auburn too, can play the game, but nothing like an Alabama game.  Saban is the man and now he too is in one of my eight best-selling books.  He also makes the best commercials, so just think Saban could have been a great actor too.

  I love it when the talking experts say Bama doesn’t have a chance… it usually encourages Bama players to play that much harder.

  Notre Dame came to the tunnel entrance to try to intimidate Alabama as they took the field.  You could see the fear in the Irish players eyes when they saw the massive BAMA players come out.  It was like Jr. high players looking at the Varsity.

  I bleed Crimson, even at 81.  Alabama is my home state, and I never get tired of watching an Alabama football game. This game was historic, with Alabama and Notre Dame.  ROLL TIDE!!!!

  I've witnessed Coach Bryant and Coach Saban coach the Alabama Crimson Tide, and at 76, I'm still loving it down here in Southern Mississippi. Roll Tide, Roll!
