  Shoulda been ordered to vacate immediately they have had way more than enough time they will stay until they are forced out by the police that’s a fact .

  It doesnt take days to transfer from business to private. If they havent paid for months where is the back rent. The fact they dont have the money from their client is not the owner of the properties fault.

  Simpson always gives the deadbeats too much time. This is a ridiculous example, especially after those fraudsters failed to comply with his escrow order entirely. Just blew him off, and still they got more consideration with their inane rationalization.

  They are obviously professional at getting away with squatting.  Judge should not give them any way out
