  When I'm stressed out from work or life in general, I put on a playlist of Chris' videos and sort through my PC. That is also what I look forward to doing on Saturday mornings.

  Maybe it&apos;s just me, but I preferred the questions about regular cards over the high roller questions.

  Chris, you continue to add informative and valuable content. You remain one of if not the best representative for the hobby. Thank you for all you do. Side note, perhaps your son will be a topps artist as I see so many additional drawings on the wall. :)

  As a mailman I can tell you, don&apos;t waste your money with signature confirmation. Those packages don&apos;t get treated any differently than any other package that has tracking. And you didn&apos;t hear this from me, but 90% of the time people aren&apos;t home to sign for a package so the mail carrier will just sign for it themselves and leave it in the mailbox (not me of course).

  Regarding the stock question and investing... the stock market will be bloody for at least rest of the year (buy the dip). With cards and collectibles, it seems nostalgia is not going away anytime soon. So once the stock market goes up, house prices flatten people will have more disposable income for high end cards. Keep in mind 9/10 Americans doubled their debt during these last couple fun years!

  I also wonder who is buying those multi-million sportscards and appreciate the comparison to art. &nbsp;Scarcity is also a factor. &nbsp;I imagine there are hundreds of thousands of millionaires out there who are constantly on the prowl for places to park their wealth. &nbsp;Art, real estate, crypto, NFTs...sports cards. &nbsp;I also imagine there are buying groups out there pooling their funds and investing in high-end cards.
